We received our electronic notification on March 11th. They told us to wait 15 days. It's March 26th. Our information is still not in their system =(
I'm getting discouraged. I need some good news.

Stress is our middle name I think!! I just called NVC and they have our file but it's not in the system either. She said to wait 2-4 weeks for the packet. I said (in my sweet fake southern voice) "I don't suppose there is anyway I can get our case number soon because I do believe we'd like to do electronic processing and that's all I need to move forward." She said to check back in a couple days for the number. I'm hoping Southern charm did the trick...are you guys gonna do EP too?

Our file is there but there's nothing done to it yet. I've applied for electronic processing. Does that mean your consulate is Montreal?
I need to send away this form apparently. I do have my NVC number yeah... I'm just waiting on them to respond to my email now =)!!!
